Notes

  1. A discretionary discount of up to 50% may be applied to charitable evening events.
  2. An additional charge of £10 per session will be made for use of electrical equipment e.g. disco, extra lighting, computer equipment.
  3. A deposit of £100 will be required for "one off" evening bookings, returnable after satisfactory inspection of hall by Committee Member.
  4. A deposit of £50 will be required for daytime party bookings, returnable after satisfactory inspection of hall by Committee Member.
  5. Regular bookings must be paid for monthly in advance. A 10% discount will be applied for payments three months in advance.
